Las weekend, x pegi mana² & nothing interesting we did. Keje cam biasa on Sat. And guess wht.. There wuz a big surprised when i arrived in d opis. The BIG BOSS is here!! All d way frm US n nobody expected he will turn up on Sat morning early morning. Kantoi a bit coz im supposed to get in for 7am shift. Kononnye pegi isik minyak, beli brekfast skali maka jadi lar lmbat. Wht d heck? He supposed to come here around Jan, intead of tat big surprise kat sume org. Another issue will arise lar tu

There were actually so many issues, bad situations & unacceptable things happened since d last few mths. But cudnt help to ’shout out’ in here. Tensen tau. Nk jaga periuk nasi punye psl, we juz do our own work & zip our mouth. Keje dlm ketakutan jer. Ape taknye, in bout 2 mths jer, 4 ppl already get fired by them (both staffs in mesia & us). Sumenye bermula lps GM kitorg tetibe jer letak surat resign. Aku pun x sempat nk say goodby to him. Eventhough there were so many bad things (pressure, pushing me…), there were still good things he left inside my heart & myself. Ye lar, takkan lar sumenye yg x baik kan? For sure there are something tat we can learned frm d passed. ~Sigh~

Instead of firing ppl xmas season, there are now risigning season. Saper yg x takut kene buang keje kan? Sdgkan experienced staff yg x pernah wat silap pun, bole dibuang camtu jer (seolah² mistake yg skali tu besar sgt & tak bole dimaafkan). I juz dun understand! Drpd rekod buruk (kene fire), ade baiknya resign sendiri. Huh!

Aku mmg lar dah lama decide nk cari keje lain. Since i dun think this post fits my situation anymore. W’pun dpt ’special schedule’ (work on Tues-Sat), still ada ‘gangguan’ dlm life seharian. Ngan baby kecik lg. Kalo nk masuk 7am tu, dah siap² nk pegi keje jer, si kecik tu dah bgn. Mmg ler ayah dia ada, sumtimes dia nk mama dia gak layan dia. Nk amik cuti pun 1 hal. Kene pk member 1 team, cukup ke tak nk cover? Now ni, annual leave aku xde baki langsung. -ve lg ade. Byk dah abis utk EL, coz Adriana kdg² x sihat lar, chic pox lar… Sbb comp ni x bg the leave all total from early of d year. Tambah 1 day (ikut formula lar, keje lama, dpt lebih sehari lar) every mth. Tu x masuk lg kene keje on public holidays. Mmg ler dpt OT/dbl pay, tp masa utk family terbiar camtu jer. Kdg² aku terlepas family gathering. Family dedua belah pun kdg terpaksa ikut schedule aku in order to make sure my attendance to all the gatherings/kenduri/lepaking.

So… any vacancy at ur place guys? Huhuh, really need it asap! (Bebaskan aku….)
